These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Paylinario B.V. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
In these terms: 'Paylinario' or 'we': Paylinario B.V., established in Amsterdam. 'Customer' or 'you': the natural or legal person using our services. 'Services': all financial advice and information services offered by Paylinario.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements between Paylinario and the customer. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing. The applicability of any purchase or other conditions of the customer is expressly rejected.
3. Service provision
Paylinario offers financial advice and information to support your financial decisions. Our advice is informative in nature and does not guarantee results. You are responsible for the final decisions you make based on our advice.
4. Liability
Paylinario accepts no liability for damage resulting from the use of our services, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid out by our professional liability insurance.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the website and services of Paylinario belong to Paylinario. It is not permitted to copy, distribute or publish material from our website without our written permission.
6. Complaints and disputes
Complaints about our services can be submitted to complaints@paylinario.com. We aim to handle complaints within 14 days. Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
7. Changes
Paylinario reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect 30 days after publication on our website. If you do not agree with the changes, you may cancel your account before the effective date of the changes.
